This is my third fixture from this shop and I have always been pleased with their customer service and craftsmanship. Had this fixture customized in an all brass body with brick red shades which turned out beautifully! The first package came damaged from shipping (not the sellers fault) and when I contacted them, they immediately built a new fixture and sent a return label for the damaged fixture.
