Refund policy

At Peared Creation, we value your satisfaction and want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. All returned items must be in new condition (unused and uninstalled).

2. Return Window

You may return your product within 90 days from the date of delivery.

3. Return Method

All returns should be made by mail to our designated return address. Please email Support@pearedcreation.com with your order number before sending your return, and write the order number on the box.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

Preference returns: if you changed your mind, or the fixture just didn't work for your space we do ask that you pay the return shipping. A paid return label is available on request; just ask Support.

Defective, damaged, or wrong items: we cover it. Contact Support with your order number and a photo, and we will remake the item or refund you, whichever you prefer. We cover the return shipping.

Customized items: items customized for you (for example a custom finish, custom size, or a custom cord, plug, or switch) cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or wrong.

Restocking fee: returns over $1,000 are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee on returns under $1,000.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, for the cost of the order (outbound shipping is not refunded).

6. Exchanges

We handle exchanges as a return plus a new order: return the original item following the steps above, then place a new order for the item you would like instead. The new order is placed at the regular price.
