1. Where do you ship your products?
We currently ship within the United States only.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Every fixture is built to order in 5–10 business days, then ships free with tracking in 2–5 business days (US only). Rush is a $20 per-fixture add-on (listing title 'Rush Order') that cuts build time to 3 business days, when available.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders within the United States.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and other secure online payment options available at checkout.
5. Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 90 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition.
6. How do I return a product?

7. Do you charge restocking fees for returns?
Returns over $1,000 are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee on returns under $1,000.
8. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
