I was excited to order this item and I chose the black hardware. With no option to choose a color for the shade I thought all hardware colors would come with a cream shade like the one pictured with the black hardware. Nope. The whole thing is black even the shade. Very deceiving. I bought another style which gave you the option to chose a shade color, but this one does not give you an option so I thought I was safe to assume it would come as pictured.
UPDATE: After reaching out to support they work quickly to correct this mistake and got me and new sconces as replacements. Very satisfied with that experience with their customer support team. Changing the rating to reflect the overall experience.
The quality and look of the sconce was an 10! Will order from this company again!
