These lamps are gorgeous and just as pictured, with one exception. The small circles of brass that protrude right in front of the fixture, beneath the bulb and shade, are quite visibly scratched. I emailed the company about replacing the pieces; they were very gracious and apologetic and immediately mailed replacement fixtures, but warned that the problematic components had arrived to their facility already scratched, and so they couldn't guarantee the replacements wouldn't also be scratched. Sure enough, the replacements were even worse, so I've decided to keep the original fixtures - the scratching is disappointing for the price point, but I still like the fixtures better than anything else I could find, and am still excited to use them! I appreciate the customer service, but I'm surprised that the company would continue to knowingly use damaged pieces when they compromise the workmanship of the entire piece - seems to me that it's on them to replace the flawed pieces before building with them - and I will be hesitant to order from this company in the future for that reason.

I did not realize that I would need to specifically order a switch to turn on the light. I made the assumption that it would include a tool to turn on the light. Have to now send back and have this feature added.
I received these sconces very timely and they are beautiful! Exactly as expected, and I love the unique design. I highly recommend this shop and I would definitely purchase from them again in the future.
