This lamp is gorgeous and such a perfectly proportioned design. It's so original and beautifully crafted. The icing on the cake is how reasonably priced it is -- you get so much design for your dollar. I loved it so much... I bought a second one! Most excellent customer service experience as well. Can't wait to see what they design next in the line.
The table lamp arrived in the best packaging I have ever seen.
There were a couple issues with packaging and quality but I want to say that customer service was super on it and sent out replacements ASAP

I have recieved a table lamp. I cannot find a bulb to fit under the metal shade. I do not know how to reach anyone to see if they indeed sent me the wrong shade. I cannot contact a human through etsy
