Our client was pleased with the light fixture design, which worked well in a tight powder room configuration. Installation was somewhat tricky in comparison to other light fixtures we’ve purchased, but our installer was able to figure it out. The primary issue related to the attachment of the fixture and base using threaded connections that kept falling back into the J-box during install. The real quirk was that the fixture required six threaded screws to hold the globe in place. Only three arrived with the fixture. We requested more and customer service promptly responded - sending two scews that did not match the fixture finish. Rather than go back and forth with customer service, we picked up similar screws at a local hardware store and used those instead. We dropped the rating by one star due to this issue.
