Cute chandelier. We had the unfortunate experience of being sent the incorrect brass holder/fixture -- it was about a half inch too small in diameter for the globe, and we didn't learn this until our electrician had installed the brass portion. Seller also didn't send brass thumb screws, which obviously didn't matter at that point. Contacted the seller, they asked for measurements of what was sent and they responded back saying they sent the wrong holder. I asked for a partial refund of $70 which is what our electrician was paid for the installation of the wrong item. Seller said they 'can't do that' but we could return the fixture. Correct brass holder was sent and was re-installed.
