It took 3 fixtures to get my order right. Two fixtures were sent with dark thumbprints sealed onto the brass. (I ordered lacquered brass, which should've been sealed without prints). Company needs to do better with Quality assurance. I waited over a month with all the mistakes and waiting for shipping. Brad and others were willing to make it right, but I missed a design deadline with all the issues. The product itself is nice quality for the money.
