Fast communication. The custom fixture was built to the extract specs discussed in convos—I'm very pleased with the quality and appearance—just delightful.
When I ordered, I specified a change in globes that wasn't honored or addressed: In hindsight, purchasing an upgrade or further messaging would have gotten what I wanted…I wish the company would have clarified with me before production. In the end, I picked up replacement globes to get the white color I had in mind.
So be specific, convo every detail for custom—before submitting the order.
One more positive note: There was a coupon code that expired shortly before I completed the order—and the seller honored the sale & refunded the difference to me.
