Used these pendants extensively in a high end apartment building. It's not easy to find high quality new light fixtures at a reasonable price for a large scale project. All brass construction and perfect chrome. Easy to remove the Globe for bulb service. I looked extensively at other options, and really found nothing comparable. Peared Creations was easy to work with as well.
