I searched everywhere for just the right fixture to accommodate the sloped, beamed ceiling in my new kitchen remodel. I am an interior designer and a client of mine really wanted to consider some of the Peared Creation fixtures for his project. I requested brass finish samples so we could narrow down which finish would work best. The samples that arrived were small brass fittings (as if they were directly off the factory floor) and unlabeled so we had no idea which finish was what sample. Ultimately I am fine with the sample size, but the fact that they were unlabeled did not instill any confidence in our selections and lead to the client going a different route.

I sent over an email, but thought I'd also reply here! I am sorry to hear you were disappointed, and the critique is duly noted. We actually just revamped our finish sample listing as we at that time did not have the best method of delivery or process for that type of request. However, I am happy to say moving forward we are remedying this exact issue and are making it far easier for our customers to identify what the sample finishes are! I again would like to apologize for your poor experience and hope in the future we can work together!
