Please wear gloves while installing all fixtures. Touching raw brass with bare hands will tarnish the brass.
•Sealed Brass - Solid brass that is lightly sealed with an anti-tarnish additive to prevent the brass from aging or developing a patina.
•Black - Durable satin powder coated finish
This fixture features decorative light bulbs that are not covered by globes.

Item shipped on time, was well packaged and is of high quality. I bought this fixture for the 240V option since I am overseas. However, overseas to hang the fixture, you need a hook as part of the assembly which was not an option. I will need to McGyver something in order to hang it from a non-American ceiling.
