I always hesitate with writing a critical review. The quality of the items delivered are amazing! These are great lighting fixtures. Where I struggled was with the service. Email response time, miscommunication on shipped items (one tracking number provided, but there were two shipments unbeknownst to me), timing of delivery, and incorrect items sent (shades were not painted black...they came as unpainted metal). To be fair, the seller was apologetic and did give me a partial refund for my troubles. In the end, the items received were worth the hassle.
